My name is DeShawn Lawrence. I’m the founder and CEO of Defined Massage Therapy. I graduated in 2017 from the Center for Natural Wellness in Albany, New York. I began my interest in massage therapy after I suffered several shoulder and knee injuries from exercise. Massage therapy has helped tremendously with keeping my body loose and pain-free. For 5 years I have been focused on helping people prevent injuries and deter from possible surgeries. I am always seeking out a way to apply my knowledge of the human body to assist people who are living with pain, discomfort, and dysfunction through sports and therapeutic massage.
